Dianne and I wanted to write you this special note of appreciation and thanks to you and your whole team for a job very well done. We can now reflect back with extreme satisfaction on the recommendation I received from my brother-in-law when he referred us to Boice Realty in late 2002. I recall the time vividly when we brought the whole family to Truckee to look at property and as you might remember we had limited time because we were only in the country for a short period. I remember clearly that we only looked for one day, trudging through deep December snow and just making it back over the pass before it closed.

The experience with you and your company has come to a complete circle as we purchased the home in early 2003 and just closed escrow on the sale of this home in April 2007. Dianne and I have experienced 8 home closings (either buy or sell) over the past 17 years and we can attest with 100% confidence that the experience and professionalism we enjoyed dealing with you was by far the best we have ever had!

The Truckee property was our first experience in purchasing a second home for investment purposes. This was a big step for us especially because at the time we purchased the home we were living in Asia and the communication across these multiple time zones was very challenging; but you were able to bridge this gap through a lot of extra effort and time on your end. You consistently went the extra mile to ensure out home was well taken care of. There are so many examples of this that I am sure I will not mention all of them but here are a few:

Arranging for furniture removal and donations of unwanted goods
Calling repair or maintenance people on our behalf when things just had to be done immediately
Walking us through, step by step, on all aspects of the buy or sell paper work and always keeping our best interests in mind
Managing some touchy tenant situations that should have been handled by our property manager
being available at any hour and always returning phone calls or emails promptly
Constantly updating us with market conditions, showings of the home and pricing recommendations during the selling process.
You always were a step ahead of us and gave us the impression that our business was the most important item on your desk...even though we know you must have been overloaded with many other priorities.

Please be aware that I have never been motivated to write a thank you letter like this to any other realtor or supplier of any product/service. You are the first and you deserve a "superstar" rating in all customer satisfaction categories.
